Note
- All rates are in Canadian funds. Taxes (GST 5% and PST 6%) are extra and will be added to the total.
Short courses and social events have additional fees. They will be confirmed later in 2026.
Group Registration
MRMR 2026 is delighted to offer group savings to organisations who register 10 or more employees, as follows:
- Groups consisting of 10 to 19 employees will be eligible for a 10% discount on registration.
- Groups of 20 or more employees will be entitled to a 20% discount on registration.
To apply, please contact registration@cim.org with the number of individuals who will be registering. A unique promotional code will be provided for your group.
Cancellation/Substitution Policy
- Cancellations must be requested in writing by email before September 22, 2026 to: registration@cim.org
- A processing fee of $225 ($25 for students and retirees) applies to all cancelled registrations. After September 22, 2026, no refunds will be issued
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by October 15, 2026 to: registration@cim.org
- CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
